Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we'll always try to make the cancellation process as straightforward and fair as possible.

As each leotard is reserved exclusively for your chosen competition dates, we may turn away other bookings once your reservation is confirmed. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • 15 or more days before your hire start date: You'll receive a 100% refund of your hire charges and any optional extras purchased.

  • 7–14 days before your hire start date: You'll receive a 50% refund of your hire charges. Any prepaid return postage purchased will be refunded in full if it has not already been issued.

  • Less than 7 days before your hire start date: Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund, as your leotard has been reserved exclusively for your booking and we're unlikely to be able to rehire it at such short notice.

We'll always do our best to help. If you cancel within 7 days and we're able to rebook the leotard for the same hire dates, we'll happily give you a full refund. While we can't guarantee this, we'll always try our very best to fill the booking.
